Courses 4 times/1/week or 1-2 days course

To have the possibility to use the big source we have in nature, to know about medical herbs and plants for food wich are there, this gives us something more than what they are used for.
It can give us a deep insight about nature as a whole, and about Mother nature's gifts.
The insight that everything is here, that we never need to be without food, medicin, clothes,
that Mother nature provides us everything.
Nature also gives us releif and comfort when we are in stressed situations.

This is a course where we learn about herbs wich grows in our neighbourhood.
Simply said, what is all around us and what we didn´t know that we could use.

Under the course we'll learn:

About our most ordinary medical herbs
Their functions
Their working substances
To colllect, preserve and store

Compose teas.

Spices.

Prepare herbcreme and oils.

And some yummy from nature…

We also go out in nature and look at the herbs in their natural environment.
We use our senses, taste, feel, smell and pick some into our basket.

The courses take place in the municipality of Filipstad and in the immediate surroundings.
